Protecting business and customer information is an ongoing responsibility. This page explains the security controls available in MezzBase and how to report a concern.
Account and access controls
MezzBase uses authenticated accounts and lets business owners manage access for their team. Team permissions can limit which areas of the service a person can use.
Keeping your account safe
Use a unique, strong password for your account, review team access regularly and remove access promptly when someone no longer needs it. Never share sign-in details.
Report a security concern
If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@mezzbase.co.uk with enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.
